Bonan Mask Review by Yogisnails

We sent a new setย of masks to Ms. Nina Alonzo! Read about her thoughts and reviews about Bonan Masks!

We have another set of Dewytree masks to discover! @dewytreeph sent me a set of their Bonan Mask line, which I believe are supposed to be hanbang or herbal masks. I first tried this Su Bonan Mask which aims to provide moisture to your skin. ๐Ÿ’ฆ โšŠ Material and fit: The material seems net-like and feels like cloth. But the fit was a bit tricky… the mask size was perfect and the holes were in the right sizes and the right places, but the mask kept tenting in some corners. I would assume the material is the culprit for the tenting as it doesn't feel clingy enough given its cloth texture. ๐Ÿค” โšŠ Essence: There's a generous amount of clear, runny essence in the pack. As for the scent, there's a distinction between the herbal notes and the typical citrusy sheet mask fragrance. It's confusing ๐Ÿ˜‚ but the scent is very light and easily goes away. โšŠ Effect: I wore this for 20 minutes. It took the essence a few minutes to be absorbed by the skin. But once it sank in, there was no stickiness. My skin looked healthier, brighter and felt moisturized! I'm pleased with how well the Su Bonan Mask delivered its moisturizing claims. โœจ It's a promising mask, so for our Filipina sheet maskers, Dewytree is available at BeautyMNL and Shopee. ๐Ÿ˜„ Rating: 4.5/5 #yogisnailsDewytree โšŠ *This mask was provided to me for free in exchange for my honest reviews. Thank you, @dewytreeph!*

I hope everyone is having a great Thursday! Time for a mask review. ๐Ÿ˜Š Today, I have @dewytree_kr @dewytreeph's Jung Bonan Mask! This mask is targeted for sensitive and irritated skin, which came in handy because my skin hasn't been looking good during the past week. I've been having comedonal breakouts so I was hoping that this mask would help. Read on to find out if it was effective! ๐Ÿ˜„ โšŠ Dewytree's Bonan Masks are herbal/hanbang masks. The Jung variant lists black bamboo leaf extract up high on its ingredients, which is known to heal and soothe when it comes to skin care. Bamboo is also known to be an effective antioxidant. (Swipe left to see the ingredients list!) โšŠ Material and fit: just like the first Bonan mask that I've tried (#yogisnailsDewytree), this comes with a mask that seems like cloth and has a net-like texture. The mask tented in some corners but, contrary to my first experience, this one clung better to my skin. I guess it was all about how I place the mask on my face. I was even able to do the dishes while wearing this ๐Ÿ˜‚ โšŠ Essence: this smells waaay better than the Su Bonan Mask. The Jung one has a very, very faint citrus smell. ๐Ÿ˜Š โšŠ Effect: After my 30-minute wear, the essence took a few more minutes to settle down into my skin. But like the Su mask, there was no stickiness! I was happy with how it calmed down most of my blemishes and how moisturized my skin felt. โค I am beginning to consider Dewytree Bonan Masks to be among my roster of HG masks! Rating: 4.5/5 ๐Ÿ’ซ Dewytree is available at BeautyMNL and Shopee. ๐Ÿ˜„ย  #yogisnailsDewytree โšŠ *This mask was provided to me for free in exchange for my honest reviews. Thank you, @dewytreeph!*
